1. Our services

Hanumate Healss offers tarot, psychic and numerology readings, related guidance, training courses and a small range of spiritual products. Readings are offered for guidance and reflection. They describe possibilities and choices; they are not guarantees of any outcome.

2. Who can book

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent. You agree to give accurate details when booking.

3. Bookings and payment

• Current fees: Thursday OPD ₹504 (one or two questions), online consultation ₹5,100 (45 minutes), personal session at our New Delhi office ₹11,000.
• A slot is confirmed only after full payment through the Razorpay link we send.
• International clients pay by card; the amount is charged in INR and your bank applies its own exchange rate.

4. Session time and extra time

Sessions often run past the booked time because questions lead to further questions. If your session goes beyond the time you booked, additional charges may apply in proportion to the extra time. We will always ask you before extending a session, and you may choose to stop at the booked time.

5. Conduct

Please join on time and treat the reader with respect. We may end a session without refund if a client is abusive, or if a request is unlawful or intended to harm another person.

6. Not a substitute for professional advice

Readings do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those decisions. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services immediately.

7. Courses

• Course fees and batch dates are shared on enquiry and are payable in full before the batch starts, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Course materials and recordings are for your personal study only and may not be shared, resold or uploaded elsewhere.
• Certificates confirm completion of a Hanumate Healss course. Tarot and numerology are not government-regulated professions, so a certificate is not a licence.
• We may change a class date for unavoidable reasons; you will receive the recording and a make-up session.

8. Shop orders

• Orders are placed through WhatsApp and confirmed after payment.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. US-dollar prices are indicative for international clients.
• Crystals are natural and vary in colour, size and inclusions; photos show a typical piece.
• Crystals and candles are sold as spiritual and decorative items, not as treatments.

9. Content and images

The text, logo and original artwork on this website belong to Hanumate Healss. The traditional tarot card images shown are from the 1909 Rider–Waite–Smith deck by Pamela Colman Smith, which is in the public domain.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the service or product concerned. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a reading.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of New Delhi.
