Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and city or country.
• Reading details: the questions you share, your date, time and place of birth, names used for numerology, and palm photos if you send them.
• Course details: your experience level, batch preference and attendance.
• Order details: delivery address and the products you order.
• Payment confirmations: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and amount; we never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Website data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept for security. Your cart and currency choice are stored only in your own browser.

2. How we use it

• To book, prepare and deliver your reading, course or order.
• To reply to your enquiries and send booking confirmations and payment links.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax.
• To protect the website and our clients from misuse and spam.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use the content of your readings for marketing.

3. Consent and your choices

By sending an enquiry or booking a session you consent to us using your information as described here, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this will not affect anything already completed.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers we need to run the practice, and only what they need:

• Razorpay, for payments.
• Our website host and email provider, to receive enquiries.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there.
• Courier partners, for shop deliveries (name, phone and address only).

We may disclose information if required by law or to prevent harm.

5. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months.
• Reading notes and birth details: up to 24 months, so follow-up sessions have context. Ask us at any time to delete them sooner.
• Invoices and payment records: as long as Indian tax law requires.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless we must keep it by law. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a protected area of our server. Sessions are not recorded. Access to client information is limited to Nancy and the staff who handle bookings.

8. Clients under 18

Readings and courses are offered to adults. Anyone under 18 may take part only with a parent or guardian's consent and, for readings, with the guardian present.

9. Changes and contact
